Originally slated to cater during one lunch service, a 13-member team from Citrus, under the leadership of Kumudu Jayathilake and Chef Panduka Perera, showcased the essence of its Sri Lankan fusion cuisine menu. The selection included favorites that captivated the palates of the elite guests in attendance.
